Wilmslow Manor Care Home share implementation success story!

We were thrilled to launch Sensio's solutions into another Lovett Care Home, Wilmslow Manor🎉

On the day of implementation, we sat down with Darren, Registered Home Manager, to discuss his experience of the early implementation process: 

Can you introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about your role here at Wilmslow Manor?

"I am Darren and I am the registered home manager at Wilmslow Manor Care Home, I have the wonderful responsibility of overseeing the day to day care and life at Wilmslow Manor and have worked for the Lovett care group for 8 years."

How have you found the early implementation process of Sensio at Wilmslow Manor?

"The early implementation of Sensio although a little daunting with any new system, actually went really well, staff got on board with this wonderful system and venture and are really embracing the difference this will make for our residents."

Can you talk me through you experience with Sarah and Lisa (Customer Success Manager's) at Sensio?

"The Sensio team have been truly amazing with regular meetings and calls leading up to the implementation, in house visits to support staff and answer any questions residents, staff and relatives may have, they really do make the implementation that much easier for everyone."

What were the safety monitoring issues you were facing which led you to implement Sensio?

"For me this would be the previous lack of 24 hour monitoring where needed, now we are able to get a better holistic oversight of our residents wellbeing."

What would you say to other homes looking to implement Sensio's solutions?

"Definitely get on board with Sensio; it truly is an amazing system and brings huge benefits for residents and staff."

"It was fantastic to spend time with the team this week delivering RoomMate & Nurse Call training. The teams were incredibly engaged, asked great questions, and quickly developed confidence in using the system.

What stood out most was their enthusiasm for how the technology can support residents, particularly through faster responses to falls, improved monitoring for those with higher care needs, and proactive digital safety checks that reduce the need to disturb residents unnecessarily during the day and night.
